March is an exciting time at Casa Calavera, the traditional Mexican restaurant with a splash of modern culture, located inside the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. With one of the most exciting college basketball tournaments of the year and the always festive St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, Casa Calavera is the perfect place to catch all the games and celebrate the holiday.
Casa Calavera will have a special menu available throughout the entire college hoops tournament, March 13-April 4. Game-day favorites like the Calavera Mac-Queso Fundido and the Chimichanga Mojado, will be available alongside $7 specialty Jack Daniels cocktails and $20 beer buckets for the ultimate viewing experience. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made online.
St. Patrick’s Day’s calls for celebrations, and Casa Calavera is ready to get into the Irish spirit. Casa Calavera has curated a special menu only available on St. Patrick’s Day of Irish classics with a Mexican twist, like the Corned Beef Empanada and the Torta Corned Beef. St. Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without drink specials like Casa Calavera’s Shamrock Shooter with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Irish cream and melon liquor and the Irish Maid with Jameson Irish whiskey, cucumber, lemon juice, simple syrup, st. germain elderflower liqueur. For dessert, guests can indulge in the Churros Verde, Casa Calavera’s signature churro dessert dusted with green sugar.
