This Thanksgiving, guests can treat themselves to a decadent celebration at Comme Ça by David Myers at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with the brasserie’s compelling interpretation of the traditional Thanksgiving feast. Utilizing the freshest seasonal ingredients, Chef David Myers and his team showcase Comme Ça’s inventive finesse with a tantalizing three-course menu available Thursday, Nov. 28, from 5 to 11 p.m. for $55 per person, or $85 per person with additional wine pairing.

 

  • Appetizers: Roasted Duck and Chickory Salad with pickled cranberry and pistachio vinaigrette, or Cinderella Pumpkin Soup served with green curry banana bread and cardamom butter. There is also a supplemental option of Seared Foie Gras with roasted apples and a chestnut waffle paired with a glass of the French brandy, Calvados, available for an extra $25.
  • Entrées: ‘Trio of Goose,’ which includes Confit of Goose Leg Pavé served with red kurri squash and mustard seed; Pan Roast of Goose Breast with goose stuffing and pomegranate glacé;  and Goose Bacon-Wrapped Brussels sprouts.
  • Dessert: Pumpkin Pie with a special Comme Ça twist, featuring warm pumpkin ganache, fall-spiced ice, vanilla streusel and Chantilly cream.
