Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with an All-Day Fiesta at Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant
In celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will host an all-day fiesta featuring mariachis, traditional Mexican food and tequila shots on Sunday, May 5.
Pancho’s mariachi band will spice up the festivities throughout the cantina with traditional Mexican music for partygoers from noon to 5 p.m. Available throughout the restaurant, guests can enjoy Pancho’s Patrón Barrel Select Reposado tequila shots, priced at $6.95 each. From 2 to 5 p.m., guests can enjoy $3 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3 off house wines.
Guests can enjoy Pancho’s signature Mexican dishes including Burrito del Mar, a flour tortilla filled with sautéed shrimp, genuine crab, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and rice, then deep fried and covered with Salsa Verde Especial, topped with melted cheeses and sliced avocados and sour cream, served with Mexican-style rice and beans; Pollo Asado, boneless breast of chicken marinated with achiote, garlic, and special Mexican herbs, grilled to perfection Yucatan style, served with an enchilada, Mexican-style rice and beans, complemented with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo; and Chimichanga de Pollo, a flour tortilla filled with spiced shredded chicken and cheeses, then deep fried and complemented with sour cream and guacamole, served with Mexican-style rice and beans.
