BOUCHON BISTRO
In addition to its regular brunch menu, Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro – located on the 10th floor of the Venezia Tower – will be offering Easter Sunday specials for the whole family from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A la carte Easter brunch specials include an asparagus salad with poached egg and Bayonne ham, lobster Benedict with peas and mushrooms, as well as Bouchon Bakery’s house-made English muffins and blueberry pancakes.
