The LINQ Promenade will be the most patriotic destination in Las Vegas this Fourth of July weekend. Festooned with all-American red, white and blue décor, the Promenade invites guests to two days of celebrations on Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2, where there will be myriad ways to celebrate Independence Day.

Family-Friendly Activities
A lively and colorful Fourth of July parade for the entire family starts at the Las Vegas Boulevard end of The LINQ Promenade and continues to the High Roller Observation Wheel and back to the Fountain Stage on Saturday and Sunday at 12 p.m. The themed parade will consist of festive baton twirlers, drumline, flag performers, stilt walkers, b-boy dancers, hula hoop performer and patriotic cheerleaders.

Following the parade, a patriotic performance of the National Anthem will take place on the Fountain Stage at 12:30 p.m.

From 12 to 5 p.m., guests will collect red, white and blue beads, hats, tattoos and American flags while enjoying the spectacle of family-friendly, live atmospheric entertainment featuring balloon artists, face painters, caricature artists and stilt walkers—all sure to delight little ones and their grownup companions alike. Meanwhile, a DJ will energize the entire Promenade with upbeat tracks designed to make sure everyone feels like celebrating.

Evening Entertainment
Following the daytime activities, the atmosphere at The LINQ Promenade will transform into a more adult-oriented party vibe designed to last into the night on Saturday and Sunday. With live entertainment sponsored by Virgil’s Real BBQ and ameriCAN Beer & Cocktails, Gloria Vivelo will perform live on Saturday and Thrillbilly will take the stage on Sunday; both show times are set for 6 to 10 p.m. Meanwhile, the LED Drumline will keep revelers pumped up between sets.

Fourth of July at the High Roller Observation Wheel
Guests seeking a magnificent vantage point for fireworks should purchase tickets for the High Roller observation wheel. It will be the perfect spot to view the Caesars Palace fireworks display on Sunday, July 2, beginning at 9:15 p.m. During the fireworks show that evening, the wheel will also be lit red, white and blue. With its 360-degree views of the entire valley, guests on the High Roller can also enjoy breathtaking sights of the various firework displays all weekend long throughout Southern Nevada.

Locals’ tickets are always 50 percent off, youth tickets are $9 and admission is free for children 3 and under. Riders who are 21 and older can upgrade to the Happy Half Hour cabin where they can toast to the U.S.A. with an open bar that lasts the full 30-minute rotation.

On Tuesday, July 4, the High Roller will be lit red, white and blue throughout the evening.
