Arizona Charlie’s Boulder
Yukon Grille is offering a special prix fixe menu for Mother’s Day. Guests have choice of two entrées: Shrimp and scallop bruschetta or stuffed chicken breast. Each entrée is served with choice of soup or salad, side item and vegetable, plus raspberry tiramisu or Häagen-Dazs® ice cream for dessert. Sourdough Café has a delicious seafood special just for Mom. The Café will serve grilled salmon and shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, folded into a creamy sundried tomato sauce served over angel hair pasta and accompanied with fresh asparagus. For dessert, enjoy delectable strawberry shortcake. Available May 11, 11am to 10pm. $12.99 with ace | PLAY card, and $14.43 without card.
Wild West Buffet is offering an exceptional Champagne brunch featuring omelets, eggs & waffles prepared to order, smoked salmon, New York strip steak and much more available 8am to 3 pm on May 11. For dinner enjoy carved roasted prime rib from 4pm to 8pm on May 11. In addition to the brunch & dinner specials, roasted turkey, beef short ribs, shrimp scampi & pasta, lemon pepper chicken breast and other Wild West Buffet favorites are available all day.

Ron’s Steakhouse is serving a gourmet feast Mom will love. Guests have choice of two entrées: 6 oz Petite Filet with seared scallops for $42.00 with ace | PLAY card or $46.66 without card; or Orange Roughy in a citrus sauce for $32.00 with ace | PLAY card or $35.55 without card. Both entrées are served with a goat cheese stuffed tomato and shrimp mash. Guests have choice of soup or salad to start and dinner is served with strawberry brulee cheesecake and lemon sorbet for dessert.
