Celebrate New Years Eve at Distill – A Local Bar or Remedy’s
Ring in the New Year from every corner of the Las Vegas valley at all nine Distill and Remedy’s locations, Vegas locals’ “homes away from home” to celebrate the New Year on Saturday, Dec. 31. Get ready for a fun-filled evening with a live DJ spinning the latest tunes, festive drink specials including $XX Tito’s and Jack Daniels cocktails, party favors and a special champagne toast at midnight. The New Year’s Eve parties start at 9 p.m. and are free to the public. Guests must be 21 years or older with valid I.D.

Executive Chef Jeff McCarthy has put his spin on comfort food, hand-crafted classic tavern fare with a delicious culinary twist.
Sharable treats include tapas, appetizers, and poker bites. Chef Jeff has created Crispy Fried Calamari Straws, hand cut, fried to a perfect golden brown, and served in a crispy wonton basket with a mango curry emulsion for dipping. Pretzel Bites, Ahi Poke Stack, Chipotle Chicken Nachos, and Avocado Eggrolls tantalize. Healthy desires include Protein Bowl with protein of choice, charred cauliflower, Brussels, baby greens, black beans, charred corn, fresh avocado, and roasted red peppers, topped with charred tomato Roja vinaigrette.
Try one of the six varieties of burgers, including veggie or turkey burgers, or one of five types of sliders, including Texas Brisket Sliders made with slow-cooked barbecue brisket sliders with house barbecue sauce layered on top of coleslaw and fried pickles and served with French fries. Sandwiches feature Maine Style Lobster Roll with a fresh lobster salad, served on a buttered split-top bun or Chargrilled Filet Char topped with blue cheese crumbles, caramelized onions, new spring mix, and house-made Horseradish parmesan sauce on a garlic butter toasted telera roll.
