Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Tuscany Suites & Casino with Specialty Dining Menus
A decadent meal awaits for the last day of the year. From steaks to lobster thermidor, these menu options will have diners cheering into the new year.
This year is coming to an end, but before we say goodbye, it’s time to celebrate with a special dinner on New Year’s Eve. On December 31, Tuscany Suites & Casino will serve specialty menus to kick off the festivities at Tuscany Gardens and Marilyn’s Café.
Tuscany Gardens:
Award-winning fine dining restaurant, Tuscany Gardens is an elegant Italian steakhouse restaurant with a classic, intimate design. New Year’s Eve specialty menu will consist of a four-course menu for $135 per person from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended.
Four-Course Prix Fixe menu includes:
CHOICE OF SOUP OR SALAD:
MUSHROOM AND WILD RICE SOUP – Porcini broth with mixed mushrooms, herbs, and wild rice.
OR
CAESAR SALAD – traditional Caesar salad with house made dressing and croutons.
SECOND COURSE:
BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS (2pc) – large diver scallops wrapped in savory bacon seared, topped with brown butter, wine, lemon, and herbs.
CHOICE OF ENTRÉE:
FILET OSCAR- 8oz filet with crispy crab cake, served with Béarnaise sauce and roasted asparagus
OR
LOBSTER THERMIDOR- baked succulent lobster meat in a creamy cheese sauce topped with toasted bread crumbs, served with fresh haricot vert in a light butter and lemon sauce.
DESSERT:
WHITE WINE POACHED PEAR with chilled champagne crème anglaise – tender pear, peeled and poached in sweet white wine, served chilled on a decadent champagne infused crème anglaise and finished with a carbonated candy dust.
Marilyn’s Café:
The classic welcoming restaurant, Marilyn’s Café is serving up a special menu to ring in the new year. The New Year’s Eve menu is served from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on December 31 for $21.95 per person and includes a 16 oz. T-bone steak served with a choice of potato and mixed vegetables.
