Code Ninjas® Announces Spring Break Camps at Summerlin and Centennial Hills Locations

Spring Break Camps Available for Kids Ages 7-14

Code Ninjas announces today the launch of their Spring Break Camps at both the Summerlin and Centennial Hills locations. Created for kids ages 7-14, Spring Break Camps welcome kids to explore their love of technology through a game-based, martial arts inspired curriculum.

“Our kids have missed out on so much this year, and we want to provide a fun and safe environment for them to get inspired by exploring their love of technology,” said Craig Barishman, owner and director of Code Ninjas Centennial Hills. “We hope that our Spring Break Camps will provide a solution for busy parents and a fun, educational escape for cooped-up kids!”

Code Ninjas Centennial Hills Spring Break Camps run from March 29 – April 2, and are priced at $175 for a week of half-day sessions. For full-day campers enrolled in both sessions, a supervised lunch hour is also included, so parents do not need to pick up kids between sessions. Camp offerings include:

  • Computer Building Camp, which teaches kids how to build their own computer from the ground up. In this camp, “ninjas” will learn how to identify various computer components and their functions. The Computer Building Camp is offered from 8AM-11AM, and. For an additional $200, kids can take home the computer they built at camp.
  • Music Coding Camp, which teaches kids about coding in music. In this camp, “ninjas” will learn how to identify and solve various codes within music and instruments. The Music Coding Camp is offered from 12PM-3PM.

Code Ninjas Summerlin Spring Break Camps also run from March 29 – April 2. They are currently offering an early-booking special with prices set at $195 for the week of half-day sessions, or $275 for the week of full-day (both camps) sessions for those who reserve before March 13. Regular pricing (reserved after March 13) is set at $215 (half-day sessions), or $315 (full-day sessions) for the week. Camp offerings include:

  • Roblox Developer Camp, which teaches the basics of game building and creative development via Roblox user-generated online gaming platform. Open to all levels of experience, this camp will teach ninjas how to plan, design, and build their own 3D world. The Roblox Developer Camp is offered from 8:30-11:30AM.
  • Tour de Code Ninjas (STEM Camp), which introduces kids to various STEM and Coding Activities, with a new skillset taught each day. In this camp, kids will discover how to code their own games through platforms like Among Us and the Star Wars Kano coding kit, learn the basics of how electronics and circuits work, design their own retro arcade game, and more. The Tour de Code Ninjas Camp is offered from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

In addition to the Spring Break Camps, Code Ninjas Summerlin and Centennial Hills offer a variety of programs on weekdays and weekends for kids ages 5-14. Through hands-on learning, children learn how to code by building and designing their own video games.
