A SPECIAL BRUNCH MENU ON SUNDAY, JUNE 19
Acclaimed chef, David Myers, and Executive Chef, Brian Howard, have created a special prix fixe brunch menu in celebration of Father’s Day on Sunday, June 19, at Myers’ esteemed French brasserie, Comme Ça, located inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
The decadent three-course menu, inspired by hearty ingredients, will be available from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. and is priced at $56 per person.
Fathers and families will start with their choice of roasted bone marrow and oxtail jam, served with toast, parsley and fleur de sel, or Dungeness crab cake served with rémoulade, frisée and herb salad.
For the second course, fathers can enjoy their choice of whole roasted turbot en papillote, which is a white flatfish roasted in parchment paper and garnished with savoy cabbage and hen of the woods mushrooms; Heartbrand Akaushi New York strip, served with maître’d butter and pommes frites; or a 45-ounce tomahawk ribeye which will be offered for an additional $62.
For dessert, guests can indulge with an ice cream sandwich – vanilla bean ice cream layered between two homemade chocolate cookies.
