Core Academy Student Scholars to Greet Life Is Beautiful Festivalgoers

Consistent with its ongoing mission to strengthen character, scholars from Core Academy will be greeting Life Is Beautiful festival attendees at the main entrance each day, will pass out fans and will encourage festivalgoers to help create the movement of #DoGoodThings. With printed cards providing suggestions of ways to #DoGoodThings, the scholars hope their mission of kindness catches on and spreads throughout the festival.

Their message is clear, like music, every act of kindness has the power to connect us and change lives. So let’s show the world why Life Is Beautiful, when we do good things.

The cards ask attendees to please post a photo, video or a tweet sharing an act of kindness, and include the hashtags #DoGoodThings, #CoreAcademy, #LifeIsBeautifulFest. Scholar suggestions include; giving someone frontsies in line, giving someone a bottle of water or a drink for no reason, picking up litter and telling someone “You are more important than you realize.”
