Dine on cloud nine with a four course prix-fixe dinner at Top of the World restaurant, located on the 106th floor of Stratosphere, Casino, Hotel & Tower, to celebrate Valentine’s Day on Thursday, Feb. 14.
The romantic dinner, created by Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti, will begin with a glass of Ruffino Prosecco and an amuse bouche, a bruschetta bite topped with heirloom tomato, buffalo mozzarella, aged balsamic and basil. The first course will include a choice between pea cappuccino, prepared with Maine Lobster, pea tendrils and truffle parmesan foam; or local mixed greens, made with shaved root vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed in a super food vinaigrette. The main course includes a choice between diver scallops, served with Nueske bacon, baby kale, blistered tomatoes and saffron aioli; or a king cut ribeye, topped with lobster butter and served with truffle potato puree. Dessert includes a vanilla chocolate cheesecake with citrus raspberry coulis.
The romantic dinner is priced at $109 per person.
