HONEY SALT OFFERS FARM-TO-TABLE INSPIRED CUISINE FOR LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK BENEFITTING THREE SQUARE FOOD BANK

Honey Salt, the local neighborhood hotspot from hospitality visionaries Elizabeth Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla, continues its long-standing support of Three Square by offering lunch and dinner menus comprised of restaurant favorites for 2019’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week. Foodies will love the farm-to-table inspired menu while lending support to food-insecure individuals and families throughout the valley. Now in its 13th year, Three Square Food Bank’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week gives restaurants in the community the opportunity to give back through the culinary arts.

Honey Salt is proud to participate in the 2019 Las Vegas Restaurant Week June 17 – 28, 2019 with the following menus:

LUNCH (Cost is $30 per person. Tax and gratuity not included. Available Monday – Friday only.)

First Course – Get Comfortable (choice of*):
Elizabeth’s Caesar Salad – tuscan kale and romaine, parmesan, and black garlic dressing
Grandma Rosie’s Turkey Meatballs – alta cucina tomatoes, caramelized onions, and Bellwether Farms ricotta
BLT Avocado Toast – smoked bacon, cherry tomato, arugula, multi-grain bread

Main Course – Family Favorites (choice of*):
Biloxi Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich – creamy slaw, house-made durkee’s dressing, brioche roll, French fries
Grain Power– grilled salmon, red & white quinoa, beluga lentils, avocado, shaved fennel, radish, and citrus vinaigrette.
Bacon Grilled Cheese – aged cheddar, rustic sourdough, choice of soup or Caesar salad

Dessert – Sweet Finish (choice of*):
Strawberry Shortcake – whipped cream, vanilla ice cream
Brookie – chocolate chip cookie meets chocolate fudge brownie with salted caramel chunk ice cream.

DINNER (Cost is $50 per person. Tax and gratuity not included.)

Roasted Tomato Soup – piquillo pepper relish, pine nuts

Caramelized Sea Scallops – cauliflower, vanilla bean, truffle sauce
Mary’s Free Range Chicken Breast – mac n’ cheese, kale, anaheim peppers, natural jus
Flat Iron Steak – marbled potatoes, caramelized onions, market vegetables, steak sauce

Dessert – Sweet Finish (choice of*):

Las Vegas Restaurant Week takes place Monday, June 17 – Friday, June 28, with participating restaurants offering prix-fixe menus at price points ranging from $20 to $80. A fixed portion of each meal’s cost will benefit Three Square, and 100 percent of all proceeds collected will support the nonprofit’s mission of providing meals to more than 271,000 food insecure residents in Southern Nevada. This year marks the 13th installment of Las Vegas Restaurant Week. In 2018, the event raised more than $230,000, a record-breaking amount, providing more than 690,000 meals to those in need.
