Proper Bar at Proper Eats Food Hall, a collection of highly sought-after imports and only-in-Vegas destinations located on the promenade level of ARIA Resort & Casino, will welcome “the Hive” with the return of two specialty cocktails to honor of one the year’s biggest concerts. The fierce cocktails will be available exclusively Friday, July 25 through Sunday, July 27.
Proper Bar, the vibrant social hub at the food hall overlooking the ARIA pool, will be the go-to gathering spot for fans of the global icon ahead of the concert. Signature cocktails include The Hive, a mix of 50 Bleu vodka, triple sec, lemon juice, honey, and a sugar-rimmed glass; and The Queen, crafted with Botanist gin, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, a touch of silver edible glitter, and champagne. Both cocktails are priced at $16.
Concert goers can enjoy pre-concert dining from the elevated food hall, which showcases exceptional cuisine from San Diego sushi hot spot, Temaki; the fresh and cheesy slices of Steve Aoki’s Pizzaoki; and famous fried chicken of Judy Joo’s Seoul Bird out of London, among others.
