Bocho Sushi, a popular Japanese eatery located in Downtown Las Vegas at 124 S. 6th Street #150, recently launched a flavorful new catering menu, available now.

 

The award-winning restaurant has expanded its current catering menu to offer platters of appetizers and sushi, available in varieties such as the “Some Like it Hot Platter,” which feeds between four and six people with pork gyoza, spring rolls, fried chicken, garlic edamame and shishito peppers; the “Fish Lovers Platter,” feeding between five and seven people served with California rolls, spicy tuna rolls, spicy salmon rolls, tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri, shrimp nigiri, yellowtail jalapeño sashimi, miso ginger sashimi and jack truffle sashimi; and the “Salmon Lovers Platter,” which feeds between four and six people with spicy salmon rolls, salmon skin rolls, baked salmon rolls, golden Philly rolls and assorted salmon sashimi.

 

Catering orders may be placed directly through the restaurant as well as on Postmates and Grubhub. Custom catering orders are available upon request. All catering customers will receive a 10 percent discount on first-time orders.

 

Bocho Sushi offers a rotating, seasonal menu with fresh fish and locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is best known for its special rolls, including the Downtown, with no rice, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, jalapeño, crabstick, cream cheese, green onion and deep-fried masago; the Ryan Special, made with shrimp tempura, spicy crab, avocado, spicy tuna, yellowtail, green onion and tobiko; and the 6th and Carson, with spicy tuna, asparagus, tuna, shrimp, soy mustard, yum sauce and green onion.

 

A weekday happy hour, available from 3-6 p.m. on weekdays, includes a 30 percent discount on the restaurant’s entire food menu. Popular happy hour selections include calamari, deep-fried and served with a Japanese marinara; Kumamoto oysters, served with spicy ponzu sauce; and rock shrimp, lightly battered and deep-fried, tossed in a house sauce. Bocho Sushi always offers traditional sake options and Japanese beers, including Wakatake Onikoroshi “Demon Slayer” Daiginjo, Horin “Good Fortune” Daiginio and Otokoyama Kimoto Junmai.
