UNLVino Attendees to Get Sneak Peek of New Cocktails on Thursday, April 10; Collection to Debut in the Restaurant on Friday, April 11

On Friday, April 11, Triple George Grill at Downtown3rd will debut a new collection of handcrafted cocktails, concocted with the fresh flavors and invigorating spirit of springtime in mind. The seven new libations will be priced at $12.

UNLVino attendees will get a sneak peek of the cocktails during the UNLVino Bar-B-Q on Thursday, April 10, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Caesars Palace’s Garden of the Gods. That event will showcase Las Vegas-based restaurants and bars, the perfect platform for Triple George Grill, a perennial favorite among Las Vegas locals and visitors alike. General Manager Case Cicchelli and Bartender Melinda Dittmas will be on hand to create these new cocktails for attendees.

The new collection will feature the following drinks:

  • Blind Melons: Grey Goose Le Melon, fresh lemon and basil
  • Slight Deviation: Aviation Gin, Luxardo Maraschino, Disarrono, served with a lemon twist
  • Blackberry Martini: Chopin Rye Vodka with fresh blackberries, pineapple and cranberry juices
  • Paradisi Paloma: Patron Silver Tequila, St-Germain Elderflower and fresh pink grapefruit juice
  • NoLa Sazerac: A take on the original with Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Peychaud’s Bitters and absinthe rinse
  • French Revolution: St-Germain Elderflower & Wild Hibiscus flower topped with Prosecco
  • Ferrand Manhattan: Bulleit Rye Whiskey, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao stirred with sweet vermouth
