EL DORADO CANTINA CELEBRATES NATIONAL FAJITA DAY WITH SIZZLING NEW SURF & TURF FAJITAS

 

WHAT: El Dorado Cantina turns up the heat on National Fajita Day with the debut of three hot new signature fajita platters, starting at $55:

Surf & Turf Fajitas – 4 oz. of USDA Prime filet and 7 oz. of wild lobster with petite potatoes, snap peas, grilled asparagus and broccolini, presented on a bed of fresh cut grilled peppers and onions with fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and the choice of flour or corn tortillas. Served with cilantro rice and the choice of refried or black beans.

Lobster Fajitas – Two 7 oz. wild lobster tails with petite potatoes, snap peas, grilled asparagus and broccolini, presented on a bed of fresh cut grilled peppers and onions with fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and the choice of flour or corn tortillas. Served with cilantro rice and the choice of refried or black beans.

Prime Filet Fajitas – 8 oz. of USDA Prime filet with petite potatoes, snap peas, grilled asparagus and broccolini, presented on a bed of fresh cut grilled peppers and onions with fresh guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and the choice of flour or corn tortillas. Served with cilantro rice and the choice of refried or black beans.

The new signature fajita platters will join El Dorado Cantina’s award-winning menu of other fajita favorites including Grilled Steak, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Wild Pacific Shrimp and Grilled Portobello Mushroom, among other selections.
