FEATURING RENATO RATTI, JERMANN WINES

 

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar invites guests to experience the next Taste & Learn on Saturday, Jan. 22 at 5 p.m. Taste & Learn is Ferraro’s popular, monthly wine-tasting and education event that provides illuminating wine education along with a menu of expertly prepared, authentic Italian small plates crafted by Chef Mimmo Ferraro.

January’s Taste & Learn event spotlights the wines of Jermann, located in Fruili-Venezia Giulia, and Piedmont’s Renato Ratti. The first tasting features a Ribolla Gialla produced by Jermann, the award-winning winery recognized for combining architecture, eco sustainability and unique techniques that elevate and modernize what one would expect from a classical winery. The evening spotlight includes one Nebbiolo and two Barolos from Renato Ratti, known for its superior vineyards and decades of meticulous craft refined over the last 30 years.
