Pampas Las Vegas at Miracle Mile Shops Launch Crave-worthy Pampas ToGo
Guests can enjoy well-balanced South American barbeque fare curbside or delivered
Have a South American Grille experience in your dining room with the new Pampas ToGo. The wildly-popular, locally-owned restaurant at Miracle Mile Shops pivots to announce a new business model during Nevada’s COVID-19 “shelter in place” directives and now offers your South-American barbeque favorites picked up curbside or delivered directly to you through the restaurant or variety of local delivery partners. From tender carved meats and home-style sides to scrumptious desserts and a variety of wines, beers, and cocktails; Pampas ToGo is available seven days a week 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Guests can place their orders online at www.pampasusa.com or by calling 702-737-4748. For a limited time, guests will receive 15 percent off their first Pampas ToGo order.
Signature menu items are available through Pampas ToGo, including salads, appetizers, sandwiches, a la carte meats and desserts.
Salads and appetizers include Caprese Salad, Caesar Salad, House Salad, Frango a Passarinho (signature Ampla Chicken Wings), Almofadas de Carne (fried, meat filled puff pastries with house-made chimichurri) and Pão de Queijo (Pampas signature gluten-free Brazilian cheese rolls).
A variety of Bauru Sandwiches are available at $25 for two or $40 for four. Their Bauru Sandwiches are a signature South American dish that includes a French Baguette that is pressed to perfection, drizzled with roasted garlic aioli sauce, filled with one of their delectable meats, and finally topped with their house pickled cucumbers and onions. All sandwiches are served with fried plantains and house-made potato chips seasoned with Pampas signature Barbeque seasoning. If a larger portion is more your speed, Pampas Signature Entrees are available for $40 for two or $70 for four. All entrees come with a choice of two sides, Caesar or House Salad and Pão de Queijo. Choices include Pampas Signature Picanha (top sirloin), Pelto de Carne Defumada (beef brisket), Costelas de Porco (two full pork rib racks), Frango Assado (farm-raised chicken) and Filet de Salmão (salmon). All entrée meats are also available a la carte ranging from $7.50 – $11 for half a pound and $15 – $22 for a full pound.

Wine, beer and pre-made cocktails are available to quench all thirsts. A full selection of bottles of wine is available online at the special Pampas Price and select canned and bottled beers are available for $3. “On the Rocks” cocktails including Jalapeno Pineapple Margarita, Effen Cosmopolitan and Larlos Aviation are available for $15 for a serving of four. Pampas also offers specials on house wines and sangrias for $9 a bottle for wines and $15 for to-go bottles of sangrias.
Pampas Las Vegas is also committed to serving the front-line workers during this challenging time. Every week, Pampas delivers fresh South American grill meals to organizations including Clark County Fire Department, Harmon Hospital, MPD Convention Center, Sunrise Children’s Hospital and Three Square.
