Spring flavors are in full bloom with Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar’s all-new Taste the Season two-course prix fixe menu. This limited time offer is available from April 23-May 31 at all locations and features innovative culinary choices inspired by the vibrant ingredients of spring.

The culinary experience begins with Southwest Shrimp Ceviche served with a radish slaw followed by a Sliced Herb Roasted Filet with a cabernet-peppercorn reduction. Guests can pair the experience with the perfect seasonal cocktail: Fleming’s signature Sage Blossom Smash for $9.95, and can choose to end the evening with a Key Lime Tartlet for $9.95.
