Gates open on Friday, Dec. 31 at 6:00 p.m. Revelers will enter the party red carpet style with step-and-repeat photo opportunities projecting their image onto the Viva Vision screen above. Guests can dance the night away with non-stop live music and entertainment on each of Fremont Street’s three permanent stages. In addition, the destination will erect a fourth music stage located on Casino Center exclusively for the NYE party. All partygoers are encouraged to wear their best 80’s & 90’s outfits as they ring in the new year in style along with some of the biggest names of the era.
Throughout the night, all eyes will be on the spectacular Viva Vision Light Show as it displays custom NYE-themed, 3D motion graphics enhanced by a $32 million upgrade to the largest single digital display on the planet. The new screen boasts 16.4 million brilliant pixels, is 1,500 feet long, 90 feet wide and suspended 90 feet above Fremont Street’s renowned pedestrian mall.
Guests looking for a unique, bucket-list experience can purchase the Fly Into the New Year’s Package (includes NYE ticket and SlotZilla flight) which allows them to enter 2022 by soaring high above the party crowd on SlotZilla, the world’s ultimate zipline attraction featuring a 1,750-foot Zoomline, which launches riders from a 12-story slot machine-themed platform, flying up to 35 MPH Super Hero-style under the iconic Viva Vision canopy.
