Golden Entertainment, Inc. Announces Laughlin Event Center and Edgewater E Center Concert Lineup for Spring

Golden Entertainment Inc. has announced the spring concert lineup at Laughlin Event Center and Edgewater E-Center from Saturday, March 14 through Saturday, June 20. Hotel and entertainment packages will be available for select performances at Aquarius Casino Resort, Colorado Belle Casino Resort and Edgewater Casino Resort.

 

Concerts include:

  • Rockin’ on the River, Starring John Fogerty, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts and Don Felder. Laughlin Event Center, Saturday, March 14. Gates open at 4 p.m. and show begins at 5 p.m. Tickets start at $55. Ticket, room packages and more information can be found here.

As co-founder of Creedence Clearwater Revival, John Fogerty was crucial to the group’s success with hit singles and albums such as “Susie Q,” “Proud Mary” and “Bayou Country.” As a solo artist, he continues to be a rock and roll influence, featured on the “100 Greatest Songwriters” and “100 Greatest Singers” lists in Rolling Stone.

Known as the “Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll” and the “Godmother of Punk,” Joan Jett is a rock icon. The singer, songwriter and occasional actress has topped Billboard’s charts with “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll” and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2015.

Former lead guitarist for the iconic rock band, The Eagles, Don Felder is a legend in his own right. As part of one of the most influential rock groups of all time, his rock ‘n’ roll skills can be heard beyond the band’s hit “Hotel California” and on his latest solo album “American Rock ‘n’ Roll.”

With hits such as “Kiss an Angel Good Morning,” “Someone Loves You Honey” and “Burgers and Fries,” country singer Charley Pride has been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame and is a member of the Grand Ole Opry.

Kane Brown, an American Music Award winner, is known for top hits including “What Ifs,” “Heaven” and the album “Kane Brown,” all landing on the music charts. Plus, Brown was the first artist to have simultaneous works topping five of Billboard’s country music charts. The CMT Music Awards nominee has also crossed genres with an EDM single with artist Marshmello, lending his voice to the song, “One Thing Right.”

Edgewater’s E-Center will host live entertainment throughout the weekend of the Laughlin River Run, starting with the Grand Funk Railroad band on Friday, April 24. Hailing from Michigan, the “We’re an American Band” group is known for their crowd rocking music style and toured extensively over the past five decades to sold out audiences.

 

Kenny Wayne Shepherd will take the stage on Saturday, April 25. The blues singer and guitarist has headlined for iconic rock acts such as Van Halen, The Eagles and the Rolling Stones and has appeared as a musical guest on national late-night shows, including the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

American funk band, WAR, mixes a variety of genres with their music including rock, jazz, Latin and blues. Formed in 1969, the group has put out top charting singles and albums, such as “The World Is a Ghetto” which has been named Billboard’s best-selling album of 1973.

Global superstar Pitbull will bring his signature Latin flair for one night at the Laughlin Event Center during Memorial Day weekend. Proving his international prowess, the rapper, singer and producer has had hit singles such as “Timber” top charts in 15 different countries, along with hit song “We Are One (Ole Ola)” which served as the official 2014 FIFA World Cup anthem in conjunction with legendary artist, Jennifer Lopez, and Claudia Leitte.

With beginnings in bluegrass, country singer Charlie Daniels has made a name for himself as a singer, songwriter and Grammy award-winner for the hit “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” Known for his contributions to Southern rock, country and bluegrass music, Daniels is a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Grand Ole Opry.
