HAKKASAN GROUP RESTAURANTS PARTICIPATE IN THREE SQUARE FOOD BANK’S LAS VEGAS RESTAURANT WEEK – JUNE 15-26, 2015

Hakkasan Group is proud to participate in Three Square Food Bank’s Las Vegas Restaurant Week – a celebration of dining out for a cause. Now in its ninth year, the two-week long promotion beginning Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 26 will showcase award-winning restaurants and local eateries in an effort to feed food insecure community members. Proceeds from Restaurant Week remain local and help Three Square in its fight to end hunger in Southern Nevada.

Participating Hakkasan Group restaurants (in alphabetical order) include:

Citizen’s Kitchen and Bar at Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino

  • Lunch – $20.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: Corn chowder or summer mixed green salad
  • Entrée: Lobster roll with avocado fries

 

Fix Restaurant & Bar at Bellagio Hotel and Casino

  • Dinner – $50.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: Spicy tuna over crispy rice and garlic ponzu or a BLT wedge salad – baby iceberg, smoked bacon and creamy parmesan peppercorn
  • Entrée choice of : Pan-seared Scottish salmon with tomato and crispy capers or Truffle-crusted, 5 oz. Kobe flat iron with garlic mashed potatoes and red wine sauce
  • Dessert: Berry Financier – browned butter almond cake, blueberry sauce and Chantilly

 

Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant at the MGM Grand

  • Dinner – $50.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: Hakka steamed dim sum platter with pak choi and river prawn, scallop shumai, black pepper duck dumpling and Chinese chive dumpling
  • Entrée choice of: Roasted Chilean seabass with Chinese honey, Four-style vegetables in sweet Szechuan sauce, Spicy prawn with lily bulb and almond, and Crispy chicken in lemon sauce
  • Dessert: Selection of house-made macarons

 

Searsucker Las Vegas at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

  • Dinner – $40.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: “Caesar” – baby romaine + kale + egg + parm or Strawberry salad with champagne + walnut + goat cheese or “Cobb” – bacon + avocado + bleu + tomato
  • Entrée choice of: Pork Butt – with whiskey apples + bacon emulsion or Tuna “albacore” prosciutto + sherry aioli + balsamic or Hanger “butcher steak” with smoked fingerling + Cipollini onion + herbs
  • Dessert choice of: Warm apple crostata with caramelized grannies + caramel + oat crumble + vanilla ice cream or Cookies and milk (warm chocolate chip cookies + milk) or Warm toffee pumpkin pudding cake with pumpkin tuile + butter pecan gelato + gingerbread crumble

 

STACK Restaurant & Bar at The Mirage Hotel and Casino

  • Dinner – $50.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: Tomato soup with tomato goat cheese sandwich or a mixed green salad with green goddess dressing with roasted tomatoes.
  • Entrée choice of: 10 oz. prime flat iron with balsamic butter or Crispy airline chicken with green beans and chicken jus
  • Dessert: Chef selection

Yellowtail Restaurant & Japanese Lounge at Bellagio Hotel and Casino

  • Dinner – $50.15 per person
  • Appetizer choice of: Edamame with Maldon sea salt and sweet chili or Miso soup tofu with Wakame seaweed
  • Entrée choice of: Scottish Salmon with baby bok choy and orange lemon miso or Jidori chicken with baby root vegetables, potato puree and garlic cream or braised Kobe beef short ribs with baby root vegetables
  • Dessert: Mochi Ice cream – chocolate, green tea and vanilla options
