Influence, The POOL at The LINQ Hotel + Experience is celebrating the most anticipated television event of the summer with its own festivities in honor of the ocean’s most-feared predator. The adults-only pool, which offers complimentary admission to all guests 21 and older every day of the week, will transform into a shark-themed retreat where revelers can enjoy fin-tastic poolside programming, drink specials, shark swag and more.
For the second year in a row, the daylife destination will offer up a social media sweepstakes for the chance to win a two-night stay in a Cabana Suite, a $250 dining credit and complimentary bottle service at the pool. To enter, follow @linqpool on Instagram and post a splashy photo using the hashtag #SinkYourTeethSweeps. The contest will run through Wednesday, July 31 and guests who show their entry at any Influence bar will receive a complimentary signature cocktail. Featured cocktails will include the Hammered Shark (Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey®, Mike’s® Strawberry Kiwi, Fever-Tree Ginger Beer and grenadine), the Deep Blue Sea (Absolut Vodka®, blue curaçao, lemonade and raspberries) and The Great White (Malibu Rum®, blue Curaçao, lemonade, grenadine, blackberries and raspberries).
Complete with 35 daybeds, 10 cabanas, plasma televisions, bar games and more, Influence has no shortage of offerings for partygoers seeking to celebrate any occasion. The pool’s air-conditioned escape, The REQ Room features five flat-screen televisions, a pool table, a shuffle board table, a foosball table and hoops, and, for the first time ever, can be rented as a cabana.
The Strip oasis, known for its house-pressed juices, dynamic mixology program and on-location restaurant, The Taco Spot, now offers a Sunday brunch. Featured menu items include assorted specialty donuts, avocado toast, croissant sandwiches and breakfast burritos, as well as bloody mary, michelada and mimosa packages for $75, so thirsty patrons can indulge in the perfect #SundayFunday.
