Celebrating its 20th anniversary milestone this year, The Forum Shops at Caesars has long been noted for bringing a myriad of culinary “firsts” and “only” to Las Vegas. From the exclusive Las Vegas location of Max Brenner – Chocolate By The Bald Man to the first and only Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab Stone and the first West Coast location of P.J. Clarke’s, The Forum Shops is home to a diverse collection of restaurants and unique eating options. With an array of distinct dining experiences to choose from, there’s something for every foodie at The Forum Shops. This month, summer lobster is back at The Palm Las Vegas.


If it isn’t the official seafood of summer, it should be. Summer lobster is back at The Palm Las Vegas; enjoy succulent lobster dinner choices for you or for two featuring a classic four pound Jumbo Nova Scotia Lobster with melted butter and lemon now through August 31.

The Surf and Turf for one features a single-cut filet mignon and six ounce Nova Scotia lobster tail with melted butter and lemon or a jumbo Nova Scotia lobster for one – ½ four pound Jumbo Nova Scotia lobster. Either option comes with a choice of starter and individual side for $54.90.

In the mood for dinner for two? The classic summer lobster for two features a four-pound jumbo Nova Scotia lobster – split for two with melted butter and lemon. The meal is served with a choice of two starters and two individual sides for $99.

Both options include a choice of The Palm’s most popular palate-pleasing starters and sides. Choose starters of the classic Caesar Salad, or Lobster Bisque with fresh lobster meat, or the Baby Arugula Salad. Sides include a choice from the signature individual vegetable or potato sides.

Summer is also the perfect time for refreshing cocktails. Bruce Bozzi, Jr., 4th generation Palm family, recommends several featured cocktails for a classic taste of summer. Each summer cocktail is refreshingly priced at $13. Enjoy the Parma Lady featuring Hendrick’s Gin, Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, fresh raspberries and hand-squeezed lemon juice, served up or the Mercadito Milagro made with Silver Tequila and hand-squeezed lime juice with muddled cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño served on the rocks.
