JANUARY HAPPENINGS AT THE LINQ PROMENADE

The LINQ Promenade, the entertainment, retail and dining district located at the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, announces January happenings, including distinctive New Year’s offerings, seasonal dining specials and more.

NEW YEAR’S OFFERINGS
Favorite Bistro
Favorite Bistro invites visitors exploring The LINQ Promenade to savor its Surf and Turf special for $39.95. The menu includes a 6-ounce filet and marinated shrimp served with green beans, mashed potatoes, garlic and cherry tomatoes in a black pepper sauce. Favorite Bistro will also offer its renowned lobster mac and cheese for $26.95.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
In commemoration of New Year’s, Virgil’s Real Barbecue invites guests to enjoy two mouthwatering barbecue specials. Available for $99, the Surf and Turf feature includes a Tomahawk steak, shrimp skewers, cornbread and the choice of two large sides. For $60, visitors can enjoy the Pig Out special, including a platter of Memphis-style pork spareribs, sliced Texas beef brisket, Carolina pulled pork, a half of a barbecued chicken, cornbread and the choice of two large sides.

NATIONAL HANGOVER DAY, JAN. 1
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar
On National Hangover Day, Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar invites guests to savor its Michelada Grande crafted with Michelada mix and a salted Tajin rim.

Favorite Bistro
Offering the perfect hangover cure for National Hangover Day, Favorite Bistro will offer its signature hangover burger made with a half-pound black angus patty topped with caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, bacon, mayo and a sunny side up egg. The burger also includes a side of crisp fries for $19.95.

Haute Doggery
On National Hangover Day, Haute Doggery will offer its hangover special for $19.99. The special includes the hangover dog made with an all-beef hot dog topped with melted cheese, a fried egg, bacon crumbles and Pico de Gallo as well as a canned Zing Zang Bloody Mary made with vodka.

Minus5° ICEBAR
Available for $14, guests can recover on National Hangover Day with Minus5° ICEBAR’s boozy hot chocolate served with the choice of alcohol, including Bailey’s Irish Cream, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, Kahlúa, Rumple Minze or Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. Guests may also choose from a menu of toppings such as whipped cream, peppermint, marshmallows or chocolate chips. Additionally, Minus5° ICEBAR features a holiday Grinch ice sculpture perfect for photo ops. The sculpture will be in the ice lounge through January.

NATIONAL BLOODY MARY DAY, JAN. 1
Favorite Bistro
In Honor of National Bloody Mary Day, Favorite Bistro will offer its Favorite Bloody Mary. For $39.95, the beverage comes with two beef sliders, two chicken wings, two slices of bacon, a fried pickle, onion rings, celery and tomato.

Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
To celebrate National Bloody Mary Day, Flour & Barley will offer guests $6.50 Bloody Marys with the purchase of an appetizer or entrée.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
Guests are invited to celebrate National Bloody Mary Day at Virgil’s Real Barbecue with Virgil’s Bull Rider. Combining vodka, Virgil’s signature Bloody Mary mix and a dry-rubbed rim, this libation is available for $16. Guests can also elevate their Bloody Mary with Virgil’s famous BBQ skewers, including tomatoes, pickles, bacon lardon, brisket and a BBQ chicken wing for an additional $8.95.

NATIONAL SPAGHETTI DAY, JAN. 4
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
Visitors are invited to indulge in Flour & Barley’s homemade spaghetti and meatballs in celebration of National Spaghetti Day. For $25, the dish includes old school meatballs made with beef, veal and pork with homemade tomato sugo and parmesan cheese.

NATIONAL BUBBLE BATH DAY, JAN. 8
Nectar Bath Treats
Offering an array of foaming bath soaps, salts and more, Nectar Bath Treats is the perfect destination for shopping on National Bubble Bath Day. Nectar Bath Treats offers a selection of foaming bath salts for $9, including flavors such as fruit smoothie, lavender blossom, watermelon splash, peach sangria, ocean breeze and lemon squeeze. Bubble scoop sundaes are also available for $20. Scents include periwinkle dream, unicorn dream, lavender rose, lychee hibiscus, champagne kisses, fruit smoothie and sugar crush.

NATIONAL HOT PASTRAMI DAY, JAN. 14
Maxie’s
In celebration of National Hot Pastrami Day, Maxie’s will offer its hot pastrami sandwich on rye bread with Russian dressing on the side for $18.95. The sandwich also comes with the choice of regular fries, garlic fries or onion rings.

NATIONAL STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM DAY, JAN. 15
Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop
Guests can enjoy an array of strawberry-flavored treats at Ghirardelli in celebration of National Strawberry Ice Cream Day. Offerings include the strawberry hot fudge sundae with sweetened strawberries, vanilla ice cream and handmade hot fudge topped with whipped cream and a dipped strawberry. Ghirardelli also offers classic strawberry ice cream for single or double scoop options.

NATIONAL PIE DAY, JAN. 23
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
At Flour & Barley’s to-go window, guests can enjoy an exclusive offering for National Pie Day. Visitors purchasing one pizza pie will receive one complimentary cheese pie for free.

Virgil’s Real Barbecue
In celebration of National Pie Day, visitors can indulge in the tempting selection of pies at Virgil’s Real Barbecue. Options include pecan pie, peanut butter pie, chocolate chess pie, apple pie and key lime pie. Slices are available for $8.95.

NATIONAL BEER CAN APPRECIATION DAY, JAN. 24
Flour & Barley – Brick Oven Pizza
National Beer Can Appreciation Day marks the anniversary of the very first day beer was sold in cans: Jan. 24, 1935. Guests visiting Flour & Barley on this day are invited to buy one beer can and receive a second beer can half off.

Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club
Since National Beer Can Appreciation Day serendipitously coincides with “Trailer Park Tuesday,” resident comedic headliner Vicki Barbolak’s set, the club will offer happy hour prices on canned beer from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m., so guests can celebrate all night long. Barbolak, a top 10 finalist on season 13 of “America’s Got Talent,” performs “Trailer Park Tuesday” at the club every Tuesday in January at 7:30 p.m.

Favorite Bistro
To commemorate National Croissant Day, guests can enjoy a true Parisian vibe at Favorite Bistro. The restaurant will offer its Breakfast in Paris for $13.95, including a croissant, juice and coffee.

SWEET SIN
The European-style pastry shop invites guests to celebrate National Croissant Day with a variety of treats. Croissant flavors include almond, Nutella, churro and more. Croissants are available for $4.99 each.

This winter, Flour & Barley introduces all-new menu items, including:

  • Spicy sausage stuffed olives with Peperonata and gorgonzola for $15.
  • Maine lobster flatbread with alfredo sauce, parmesan, mozzarella, oregano, arugula, pickled peppers and onions for $25.
  • Jumbo lump crab cake with field greens and a carrot dill citrus puree for $23.
  • Tuscan kale salad with orange segments, dried cranberries, grapes, pine nuts, crispy squash and goat cheese topped with a cranberry vinaigrette for $15.

Honolulu Cookie Company
Visitors to The LINQ Promenade are invited to celebrate the Lunar New Year with Honolulu Cookie Company’s Year of the Rabbit 2023 Gift Box. Including handcrafted signature flavors such as pineapple macadamia, white chocolate coconut and guava, the gift box comes with 16 cookies in six flavors. Gift boxes are available in-store and online through Friday, Jan. 27.
