JING Las Vegas to Host Exclusive Wine Dinner On Tuesday, November 10
The Downtown Summerlin® Eatery Will Feature Five Pairings Including Some Of Sonoma Valley’s Finest Wines
What: JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin® is hosting a chef-driven wine dinner in their chic main dining room, featuring pairings from the Kunde Family Winery: a fifth-generation, estate grown winery located in the heart of Sonoma Valley. The event will consist of a five-course, Asian fusion inspired dinner with pairings including a Hawaiian Kanpachi Sashimi paired with a 2019 “Magnolia Lane” Sauvignon Blanc, Iberico Pork & Shrimp Dumplings paired with a 2018 “Sanoma Country” Chardonnay, an Elysian Farms Lamb Tenderloin paired with a 2016 Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef Short Ribs paired with a 2016 Sonoma Valley Zinfandel, and a Washington Golden Delicious Apple Crisp paired with a rare 1904 Dessert Cuvée to finish.
