Spanish-influenced restaurant inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Johnny Smalls offers a mouthwatering menu featuring festive dishes, just in time for the spookiest holiday of the year, Halloween, October 31.  Specializing in tapas and located in the all-suite HRH Tower, Johnny Smalls dishes up five limited-time only specialty plates as well as three thirst-quenching libations, available Friday, Oct. 21 through Halloween. 


Festive bites include the “Eye” Balls, spicy green olive meatballs with spicy Arrabbiata sauce ($6); Bucket of Bones, pork back ribs in a “bloody hot” glaze ($8); From the Black Lagoon, calamari and shrimp ceviche with multi-colored tortilla chips ($10); Charred Parts, char grilled ribs, wings and rare flat iron with sticky red barbeque sauce ($12); and Pumpkin Mousse, served in a chocolate pumpkin shell ($7). 


Halloween cocktails include the Bloody Berry Cosmo, featuring SKYY Vodka, fresh lime juice Chambord and a candy eyeball ($9); Candy Corn Martini, made of candy corn infused vodka ($9); and the Pixi Stick shot, with Grape SKYY, Triple Sec and Cointreau ($3).

On Sunday, Oct. 30, partygoers may satisfy their appetites at Johnny Smalls as the restaurant transforms for a pre-Halloween bash.  Guests are encouraged to dress in their best costumes and make their way to Vanity Nightclub that same evening for the Sinners’ Ball, featuring approximately $50,000 in cash and prizes for the following categories: sexiest costume, best celebrity impersonator, scariest costume, most creative, WTF costume and best group costume.


Johnny Smalls takes a no-hassle approach to dining with no sequence of service, and no problems. The charming restaurant offers small plates and big fun with a menu of more than fifty shareable dishes. Prices for the whimsical dishes range from $6 to $12.  Johnny Smalls is open from 6 to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 3 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.  On weekends, Johnny Smalls offers an all-you-can-eat-tapas special for $19.99 ($15.99 with Rockstar Players Card).
