KASSI BEACH HOUSE LAUNCHES NEW MENU FOR 2023
Kassi Beach House, from renowned hospitality group, Wish You Were Here and restaurateur Nick Mathers, located inside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, has launched delicious new menu items. Created by Executive Chef Josh Stockton, the menu boasts inspired Italian favorites, reminiscent of coastal trattorias.
New brunch and dinner menu items include the Beet Salad, topped with pistachio crumble and sheep’s milk feta ($16); Charcuterie with chef’s selection of meats and cheeses and grilled bread ($38); Pear Formaggio Pizza with honey and chive ($25), Bianca Pizza topped with prosciutto di parma, lemon, EVOO and balsamic ($24); Mushroom Carbonara with royal trumpet mushrooms, egg, parmesan cream and chives ($26), and more. Dinner guests can also choose to feast on the 3-course Italian Family Style meal of chef’s selected menu favorites, shared by the table with at least four guests, starting at $60 per person. Guests will also enjoy new sips from Kassi’s signature cocktail menu, including the Free Bird with tequila, lime, watermelon and mint ($18). Cocktails are also available in sharable punch bowls.
