FIrst 300 fans receive Lady Rebels’ holiday gear
UNLV (9-2) has a chance to exorcise its worst defeat of the 2021-22 season when it hosts Northern Arizona (5-6) on Wednesday, Dec. 21.
Tip-off is 5:30 p.m.
The Lumberjacks popped the Lady Rebels, 84-62, in Flagstaff, Arizona, last season to end the program’s 10-game road winning streak. UNLV’s 23-of-66 (.348) field-goal shooting was its lowest of the season.
NAU has a 2-0 record against Lindy La Rocque-coached teams as the Lumberjacks also captured a 79-75 victory in Las Vegas in the 2020-21 season opener.
UNLV is 14-4 all-time versus Northern Arizona.

Should she reach 1,000 in Wednesday’s game, it will be in her 69th career game. Only four Lady Rebels have scored 1,000 points in fewer games (Linda Frohlich, Pauline Jordan, Debra Waddy, Randee Henry).
