New Location Opens Inside Venetian Hotel Casino
New Lobster ME at Grand Canal Shoppes Offers Lobster For Everyone
Lobster ME, a Las Vegas born brand, offering mouth-watering Maine lobster-inspired menu items has opened its newest location inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Hotel Casino.
The new flagship location at 3355 S. Las Vegas Boulevard is near the Grand Canal Shoppes’ Food Court and features a combination of table and bar seating as well to-go orders.
Lobster ME offers a wide selection of lobster fare and a creative drink menu. The restaurant features a variety of lobster rolls, each includes the meat of a one pound lobster, including its Original Maine Style roll with chilled lobster meat, a touch of mayo and subtle spices and the Connecticut Roll featuring warm lobster meat tossed in melted butter. All Lobster ME lobster rolls are strictly made to order and served in a split-top roll which is grilled to perfection.
Guests will find plenty of ways to expand their appreciation of lobster with some non-traditional favorites including lobster tacos, lobster mac and cheese and lobster grilled cheese. The new Claw Bar allows diners to quickly add fresh cooked and chilled lobster claws or a ready made shrimp cocktail to their order.
Drinks include the Lobster Mary, made with spicy tomato juice, horseradish, Jameson’s Irish Whiskey and served with a lobster claw. Additionally, for those 21 years of age or older there is a full line of cocktails including Wicked Lemonade, Blueberry Margarita, Casco Bay Breeze and The Shandy.
“We’re so happy to be adding a new location inside the Venetian and to be offering our World Famous Lobster Rolls and an expanded bar menu,” said Marisa Endy-Vanchieri, Marketing and Community Relations.
In addition to lobster rolls and other creative lobster-infused items, diners will find breakfast selections such as lobster and waffles, lobster scramble, New England style French toast and the Lobster ME muffin served until 11 a.m. daily. Anytime menu items include lobster and chips, chilled Maine lobster salad, lobster bisque and the “lobsicle”, a fried lobster tail served on a stick and featured on History Channel’s All You Can Eat.
For those seeking non-lobster choices, Lobster ME also offers cod fish and chips, fish or shrimp tacos, hot dogs, clam chowder and a special menu for kids.
