Madame Tussauds Las Vegas offers “leaplings” (individuals born on Feb. 29) free admission to the attraction this Leap Day, Wednesday, Feb. 29. Those with a Feb. 29 birthday are encouraged to show their I.D. at the box office to receive a complimentary General Admission ticket.
