Holiday cocktails include the sweet Warm Apple Cider, made with apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, Pusser’s Rum and Fireball Whisky, priced at $12; and the creamy CW Egg Nog, made with a secret Cabo recipe that features brandy and Grand Marnier, priced at $14.
