MARIGOLD TO DEBUT MENU OF AMERICAN STAPLES AT RESORTS WORLD LAS VEGAS ON JUNE 24
Marigold celebrates the golden days of Las Vegas and Palm Springs with mid-century modern décor and a menu of craft burgers, lobster rolls and decadent desserts
On June 24, Marigold will officially open at Resorts World Las Vegas, treating guests to a lineup of classic American staples in a retro space inspired by the iconography of vintage Las Vegas and Palm Springs. The concept, which was developed by Las Vegas-based Gen3 Hospitality, also features a sister concept called Goldies, which will offer homemade treats such as cookies and pies as well as grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options.
“We are so excited to open Marigold at Resorts World Las Vegas this summer!” said Billy Richardson, CEO of Gen3 Hospitality. “We have always viewed guests like family, so we want to make sure we treat them to an approachable, fun and delicious dining experience unlike anything else in Vegas that will keep them coming back for more. Our hope is that when guests leave, it’s with a full belly and a smile on their face.”
With a focus on good fun and making people happy, Marigold will feature a comfortable and welcoming space for guests to sit back and relax while they enjoy a delectable meal. Visitors can expect to find a number of lobster-forward dishes such as Lobster Avocado Toast, Lobster Croquettes, Lobster Linguini and Proper Lobster Rolls, as well as a collection of over-the-top craft burgers, a decadent dessert program and an array of signature cocktails.
The vintage-inspired mid-century modern design harkens back to the golden days of Palm Springs and Las Vegas with a lively atmosphere perfect for enjoying a meal with family and friends. In addition to the large dining space, which can seat 200 guests, Marigold will feature a vibrant bar and two private dining spaces that can accommodate larger parties.
Located on the main casino floor adjacent to The Theatre at Resorts World Las Vegas, Marigold will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
