Kane will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant in her new role as she leads the staff and management team at BRIO. With her vast experience of working with the BRIO brand, Kane will be responsible for hiring and training new employees and creating an enjoyable atmosphere and dining experience for guests.

Kane joined the BRIO team in 2004 as an intern at BRIO and its sister concepts, BRAVO! Cucina Italiana and Bon Vie Bistro in Columbus, OH. For three years, Kane worked at BRIO in Kansas City, MO before relocating to Las Vegas in 2008, where she started as assistant general manager at BRIO in Town Square. Kane received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from Purdue University.
Located at 420 S. Rampart, suite 180 in Tivoli Village at Queensridge, BRIO Tuscan Grille will be open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., beginning Thursday, April 28.
