Meráki Greek Grill Expands with Three New Locations

On the heels of their most recently opened Blue Diamond location, Founder Girair “Jerry” Goumroian and Executive Chef and Partner Nikos Georgousis, along with franchise partners, George and Joseph Djavairian, welcome three new venues to the Meráki Greek Grill portfolio.
The newest location in Centennial Hills on Centennial Center and Oso Blanco opened its doors today and will be quickly followed by a fifth location on Stephanie and American Pacific in late November 2022. The St. Rose and Spencer location is slated to open by mid-2023, totaling six Meráki venues across the Las Vegas Valley. The flagship location at Rainbow and Tropicana opened in 2017, followed by Charleston and Fort Apache in 2021 and a third location on Blue Diamond and Buffalo this past June.
The Blue Diamond location opened this past summer with a private dining room perfect for family gatherings or special occasions, as well as a spacious outdoor patio to enjoy dining al fresco.

Each venue will continue to serve traditional Greek fare with menu items like the classic spreads and appetizers, gyros and saganaki, as well as dishes such as the Meráki steak burger and signature bowls, which reflect Goumroian’s upbringing in the states. The stars of the Meráki menu are the expertly grilled meats like the classic lamb chops and kalamakia (skewered meats), freshly grilled with lemon, olive oil and oregano.
