Announces Second Beer Dinner
Sierra Nevada to host May 29 event
Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo today announced Sierra Nevada will host the second event in its Beer Dinner series at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 29.
“This menu celebrates the flavors of the season,” said Executive Chef of Morels, JL Carerra. “We created this menu to pair perfectly with some of Sierra Nevada’s best beers.”
The four course meal offers:
– First course: Seared Sea Scallops
Frisee, Lemon and Orange Wedges, Warm Bacon Vinaigrette
Paired with Kellerweis Hefeweizen
– Second course: Homemade Lobster Ravioli
Ricotta Cheese, Beurre Blanc
Paired with Torpedo Extra IPA
– Third course: Braised Osso Bucco
Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Melange, Morel Mushroom Sauce
Paired with Stout
– Fourth course: Chocolate Mousse
Whipped Cream, Seasonal Berries
Paired with Porter
