Morels brings back Mussels, Frites and Craft Beer lunch menu

Mussels, Frites & Craft Beer Lunch Returns
to Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo

Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro at The Palazzo is bringing back its popular lunch menu, Mussels, Frites and Craft Beer, for the month of September.

“We had great success with this special menu when we first launched it last spring,” said Tom Bachner, general manager for Morels. “Our guests love it because they can have an extravagant lunch without spending too much. And, the menu our Executive Chef, JL Carrera, has created offers some unique preparations of mussels which pair extremely nicely with our draft craft beers. Together, the meal and the beer are a great lunch item.”

The menu offers a variety of succulent mussel and frites paired with American craft beers:

 –      Mussels:

*         Moules A La Crème, steamed with tarragon, garlic and crème fraiche
*         Moules Boston, chowder style corn, nueske bacon and cream sauce
*         Moules Provencales, steamed in salsa verde broth with fresh herbs and pistou
–          Beers being poured:
*         Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA, Delaware
*         Full Sail IPA, Oregon
*         Firestone Union Jack, California
*         North Coast PranQster,  California
*         Sierra Nevada Kellerweiss Hefeweizen, California.

The Moules and Craft Beer menu is available from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
