The Plaza Hotel & Casino offers customized and affordable party packages for groups large and small this holiday season. Whether in the iconic glass dome of Oscar’s steakhouse, the expansive ballroom, or the new Sand Dollar Downtown, the Plaza provides personalized touches and memorable experiences for an unforgettable holiday party.
With its diverse holiday catering menus, the Plaza can cater to any group’s needs. For any private event, guests can enjoy the signature offerings from Oscar’s regular dinner menu or work directly with the executive chef and expert catering staff to develop their own personalized prix fixe or tasting menu with wine pairings. A more intimate gathering (up to 10 guests) can be held in Oscar’s wine room located behind curved glass walls and houses the steakhouse’s diverse wine selection that rises from the floor to the ceiling.
The Plaza also has 30,000 sq. ft. of convention space that can accommodate more than 2,000 guests or be partitioned into rooms for smaller groups.
The day of the party, the group can also see their name in lights as the Plaza can welcome them via their jumbo LED screen overlooking the bustling action of Fremont Street.

The Plaza’s newest venue, The Sand Dollar Downtown, offers a fun rock ‘n roll setting with free nightly entertainment, rotating craft beer selections, an extensive whiskey collection, handmade craft cocktails, a delicious pizza menu, billiard tables, and a champagne vending machine to create a unique downtown party vibe.
