This month Ivy Stark, Corporate Executive Chef of Dos Caminos introduces a new cookbook.  In celebration on Saturday, November 5 Chef Stark will be hosting a cooking class at Dos Caminos Las Vegas featuring recipes from the book.

Learn To Make Dishes From Chef Stark’s New Book: Dos Caminos’ Mexican Street Food

WHAT: Ivy Stark celebrates the release of her new book, Dos Caminos’ Mexican Street Food with a cooking class at Dos Caminos Las Vegas inside The Palazzo. Stark, the corporate executive chef for Dos Caminos, along with Dos Caminos Las Vegas executive chef Roberto Hernandez will lead participants through an interactive cooking demonstration featuring signature dishes from the book.

The three-hour class is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity and includes the demonstration followed by a lunch of the featured dishes along with signature cocktails, recipes and a signed copy of the Dos Caminos’ Mexican Street Food cookbook by Chef Stark. On arrival attendees will enjoy coffee, Mexican hot chocolate, fresh juices with pan dulce, muffins and fruit.
