RING IN 2017 AT ALIZÉ 56 STORIES ABOVE LAS VEGAS

WHAT:
Celebrate 2017 high above the New Year’s Eve crowds by welcoming the New Year at Alizé, 56 floors above the city. Located at the top of the Palms Casino Resort, the city’s 280-degree, panoramic view of the heart of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding valley make it one of the best places in the city to ring in the new year and be front and center for the fireworks.
The night will feature two special New Year’s Eve menus from Executive Chef Christopher Bulen and his team. At the 5:30 p.m. seating with additional options at 6 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., guests are offered a delicious four-course tasting menu.
At the 8:30 p.m. seating with additional times including 9 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and 10 p.m., a decadent six-course chef’s tasting menu will be served and Laura Shaffer’s “Noir Nightingale” will provide entertainment throughout the night. Shaffer is known for her vintage Vegas look and sultry vocals. Her classic Hollywood style will set the mood for a lively, elegant evening and will continue until 1 a.m. A Champagne toast will take place at midnight.
