OSTERIA COSTA BRINGS THE AMALFI COAST
TO THE MIRAGE, FEBRUARY 2018
Las Vegas soon will savor a taste of the Amalfi Coast with the debut of Osteria Costa at The Mirage in early 2018. Sweeping guests off to the southern Italian coast, Osteria Costa will be a casual reprieve where Las Vegas travelers can enjoy Neapolitan pizzas, handmade pastas, fresh seafood and house-baked bread prepared in the spirit of Amalfi.
“Osteria Costa will be the place for guests to explore the wonderful handmade fare of southern Italy,” said MGM Resorts Executive Chef Anthony Amoroso.
Osteria Costa’s vibrant design will exude the comfort of the Amalfi Coast with bright colors and rustic touches reminiscent of the picturesque villages clung to the cliffs of the Italian coastline. A color palette of seaside blues and greens punctuated by lush greenery and light wood furnishings will carry the Italian coastal theme throughout the space. A bright, open kitchen and energetic bar will flank the dining room which will have a canopy of linen and chandeliers that resemble umbrellas.
The lively bar program will feature a fresh assortment of house-made limoncello, refreshing cocktails and approachable wines by the glass.
Osteria Costa will be open daily for cocktails and dinner. Additional details on the concept will shared in the coming months.
