Mouth-watering fare and thirst-quenching libations make any memorable poolside experience complete. Palms Pool & Bungalows inside Palms Casino Resort invite partygoers to experience the latest additions to its menu, available now.
For the early risers or guests who are craving breakfast fare, Palms Pool offers dishes such as Yogurt & Berries, which includes vanilla yogurt, raspberry sauce, fresh berries and granola, as well as the Breakfast Burrito, featuring scrambled eggs, chorizo, roasted potatoes, jalapeno jack cheese and tomatillo salsa wrapped in a flour tortilla.
For sharing, the menu features dishes such as La Nova “Bones or No Bones,” featuring a dozen traditional wings or boneless chicken bites tossed in Buffalo Joe’s hot sauce; Duo of Fries, which combines crispy steak and sweet potato fries; and Hummus, comprised of Baba Ganoush, Tabbouleh, Greek yogurt, Kalamata olives and crispy pita chips.
For those seeking something on the lighter side, the menu includes a variety of refreshing salads, such as the Chinese Chicken Salad, featuring shredded cabbage, sprouts, snap peas, radish, salted cashews and soy ginger vinaigrette; Mediterranean Steak Salad with grilled steak sirloin, mixed greens, feta cheese, roasted peppers and oregano vinaigrette; and the Cobb Salad, which includes organic chicken, mixed greens, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, egg and sherry shallot vinaigrette.
The menu offers a number of sandwiches and wraps, such as the Organic Turkey Burger, featuring Boston lettuce, tomatoes and Thousand Island dressing; Sliders, which includes three ground sirloin mini burgers topped with caramelized onions, American cheese, mustard, ketchup and pickles; and Fish Tacos, comprised of three soft corn tortilla tacos filled with crispy whitefish, shredded cabbage, cilantro, avocado and salsa.
Partygoers are encouraged to pair their meals with specialty cocktails, including George’s Tiki Punch, featuring Bacardi, Velvet Falernum, Crème de Noyaux and fresh tropical juice; Fire & Ice, featuring Firefly sweet tea vodka and freshly squeezed lemonade; Strawberry Shortcake Daquiri, featuring Ciroc red berry, Pinnacle whipped cream vodka and strawberries; and of course, the Palms Pool signature libation, Coconut Colada, featuring Ciroc coconut, fresh coconut water and Coco Lopez served in a coconut shell. In addition, domestic, imported and specialty beers are available, as well as soft drinks, wine and bottle service.
