Branson kicks up its boots for the premiere of “Raiding the Country Vault” at The Mansion Theatre
Boots and belt buckles descended upon The Mansion Theatre in Branson, MO on Friday, May 6, as the city celebrated the premiere of its newest production, “Raiding the Country Vault.” The show brings together musicians from country music’s most iconic acts to play a set list featuring the biggest hits of America’s most beloved genre.
“The response from the audience on opening night was incredible,” said Producer Sir Harry Cowell. “Seeing ‘Raiding the Country Vault’ come to fruition is at once rewarding and humbling.”
Among the guests in attendance were country artist Jason Pritchett, husband and wife illusionists Rick and Tara Thomas, Country Music Hall of Famer Don Williams, the cast of “Million Dollar Quartet,” and Mayor Karen Best, who took the stage to welcome to show to Branson before the music started.

“Raiding the Country Vault” features a set list of country music’s most renowned favorites by celebrated artists including: Conway Twitty, Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Buck Owens, Charlie Daniels Band, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Garth Brooks, Dolly Parton, Dwight Yoakam, George Strait, and many, many more.
The show, a longtime vision of Sir Harry Cowell and music industry legend Simon Napier-Bell, also brings to Branson the talent of Paul Dexter, as writer, director, and production designer.
