Rap superstar Tyga is bringing his signature flow to Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclub atop The Cromwell in Las Vegas for an exclusive Drai’s LIVE residency. With his Drai’s LIVE residency slated for a July 5 launch, fans will be able to see Tyga up close in the sprawling 65,000 square foot rooftop hotspot throughout the year.
Tyga has recently been seen at Drai’s on various occasions including a surprise performance on May 2 and a full-length concert on June 7. He joins a star-studded lineup of previously announced Drai’s LIVE residents and other Drai’s LIVE performers including The Weeknd, Chris Brown, Chromeo, Capital Cities, Ciara, 50 Cent, Akon, J. Cole and others.
Tyga’s residency is just the latest testament to his powerful influence in today’s hip-hop culture. The announcement comes just as the artist is featured in a new film, Dope, which came out on June 19. He also debuted his new album exclusively on Spotify yesterday (June 24), he’s performing at the BET Awards (June 28), and Tyga is debuting a new television show on MTV called Kingin with Tyga (July 10) plus launching a new shoe line (Sept. 26). Tyga has been recognized by some of the music industry’s foremost tastemakers including the Grammy Awards, BET Awards, World Music Awards, MTV VMAs and a wide array of others.
