Cheers to the New Year! Aquarius Casino Resort, located at 1900 South Casino Dr. in Laughlin, Nev., will count down to 2019 with a selection of celebratory offerings including parties, dining specials, travel packages and more on Monday, Dec. 31.
Dance the night away at the resort’s New Year’s Eve dance party hosted in the Aquarius Pavilion featuring live music, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The celebration will begin at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 31 and is open to all guests.
The resort’s lounge, Splash, will count down to midnight with a celebration open to the public. Guests will enjoy live music performed by Chase and The Pursuit, party favors and a champagne toast, as the clock strikes midnight.
Festive party favors and a champagne will be distributed to guests on the on the casino floor just before a property-wide balloon drop at midnight.
Café Aquarius will offer a New Year’s Eve surf and turf dinner featuring a 16-ounce T-Bone steak and breaded shrimp served with bread and butter, salad, a seasonal vegetable medley, potatoes and dessert. The dinner will be available from 4 p.m. to midnight and is priced at $29.99 for nonmembers or $26.99 for ace|PLAY TM members.
The Vineyard will offer a decadent four-course dinner with choice of blackened shrimp cocktail or oysters Rockefeller for an appetizer; choice of lobster bisque soup or citrus walnut salad for the second course; choice of toasted pine nut and herb crusted fillet with a sundried tomato béarnaise sauce, crab stuffed orange roughy with béarnaise sauce, or smoked herbed crusted turkey with bourbon cranberry glaze for the entrée. Guests may choose between Raspberry torte or chocolate elegance cake for dessert. The holiday dinner is priced at $41.99 for nonmembers or $37.79 for ace|PLAY TM members.
Across the casino, Windows on the River Buffet will feature a holiday spread of its own. In addition to classic buffet offerings, the restaurant will feature an assortment of specialty selections for the holiday including prime rib, fresh blackened salmon, steamed clams and mussels, oysters Rockefeller, hot and cold crab legs, pork loin marsala, broiled New York steak, sea bass with lemon Beurre blanc and more.
