RINGSIDE WITH JUAN ‘BABY BULL’ DIAZ

Former Lightweight World Champion, and Houston native, Juan ‘Baby Bull’ Diaz will open his gym on Saturday, May 10th at 10am to Snowdrop Foundation childhood cancer kids, family and friends.

Diaz demonstrates a strong commitment to his community whether through voter registration volunteering in Harris County or visiting kids at Texas Children’s Cancer Center

The former 4-time world boxing champion recently ended a 3 year absence from the sport.  “With my comeback” Diaz states, “I feel it is more important than ever to touch as many lives as I can.  I fight for a living.  These kids are fighting for their lives.”

In a grand show of support for these warrior children, Diaz wore the Snowdrop logo on his trunks during his latest comeback fight.  “My Team and I put our heads together on how we can help raise awareness for childhood cancer.  That’s when we decided to put Snowdrop Foundation’s logo on my trunks & ringside jackets.”

Those very trunks will be donated to Snowdrop Foundation, personally from Diaz, as a fundraising tool through auction.  In those trunks, Diaz won a unanimous decision increasing the likelihood that he will once again fight for a World Championship soon.

With the generous donation of these one-of-a-kind personal trunks, along with the Ringside access to pediatric cancer patients and their families that he’s providing, Juan ‘Baby Bull’ Diaz proves that he is committed to supporting Snowdrop Foundation, as the two, together, strive for the ultimate victory, a knockout of childhood cancer.
