Shake Shack Hits Fine Dining Roots with Launch of White Truffle Burger, ’Shroom Burger, and Parmesan Fries – Available Beginning Friday

Shake Shack is kicking off 2023 with one of its most elevated menus to date…Truffle! But this year, we’re raising the bar with an expertly crafted, limited time menu featuring higher-end ingredients for a fine dining experience in the feel-good environment of the Shacks that diners know and love.

Introducing the new White Truffle Burger, White Truffle ‘Shroom, and Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce, all made with Regalis organic white truffle oil. Each menu item celebrates all that’s great and unique about truffle. These items will be available beginning Friday, Feb. 10.

Also known as “the king of the mushroom kingdom,” White Truffle is notoriously expensive and rare — it grows in very limited climates off the roots of specific tree species and cannot be cultivated — which explains why it is almost 4x more expensive than black truffle. Generally, you can only find the real thing at fine dining restaurants, but Shake Shack is here to change that.

In addition to the White Truffle menu, Shake Shack features seasonal shakes and lemonades perfect for the spring weather warm up. The limited time menu features:

  • White Truffle Burger: Fontina cheeseburger topped with real white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil, and crispy sweet onions on a toasted potato bun.
  • White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger: Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with real white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil, and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun.
  • Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce: Crispy crinkle cuts topped with parmesan cheese and served with real white truffle sauce made with Regalis organic white truffle oil.
  • Tiramisu Shake: Hand-spun tiramisu frozen custard with notes of coffee and creamy mascarpone, topped with whipped cream, cocoa and a ladyfinger cookie.
  • Dreamsicle Shake: Hand-spun vanilla and blood orange frozen custard, topped with whipped cream and crushed orange candies.
  • Sunset Lemonade: Real strawberry and Meyer lemon juice mixed with orange zest and house-made lemonade.
  • Pomegranate Sweet Basil Lemonade: Real pomegranate juice, fresh basil, and lemongrass mixed with house-made lemonade.
  • Blood Orange Lemonade: Real blood orange and Key lime mixed in house with house-made lemonade.

These limited time items are available at all four local Shake Shack locations through May – The District at Green Valley Ranch, Downtown Summerlin, North Premium Outlets, and Strip-side at New York-New York Hotel & Casino.
