Spring Flavors Brighten Ferraro’s New “Ora Sociale,” Dinner Menus

Ferraro’s Italian Restaurant & Wine Bar announces new spring dinner and “ora sociale”—or happy hour–menus.  Guests can enjoy new small plates, appetizers, pizzas, pastas and main courses created by Executive Chef Mimmo Ferraro. Meanwhile, guests can still enjoy all Ferraro’s classic homemade pastas, famous osso buco, superior steaks and other beloved traditional dishes.

New dinner menu additions follow:

Vitello Tonnato
Thinly sliced roasted veal, tuna sauce, capers, lemon

Fagottini Bresaola
Air-cured filet mignon, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, marinated long-stem artichokes, arugula, lemon

Gamberoni Marechiaro
Three jumbo shrimp, lemon, white wine, garlic, butter

Grilled zucchini, crushed pistachio, extra virgin olive oil, saba

Spring pea risotto, mint, lemon zest, burrata

Rigatoni Toscani
Homemade Calabrese sausage, rapini, cannellini beans, olive oil, garlic

Gnocchi Genovese
Basil pesto, housemade gnocchi, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, Pecorino

Zucchini Farciti
Zucchini topped with seasoned breadcrumbs, Reggiano, Grande mozzarella, aged balsamic, lemon, radicchio

Grilled Italian bread, roasted peppers, matiz anchovies, gorgonzola

Sausage and Cannellini Beans
Housemade spicy sausage over cannellini beans all’uccelletto

Cannellini Hummus
Garlic, tahini, lemon, Calabrese pepper oil, toasted Italian bread

Raviolini di Vitello
Homemade veal ravioli, mushroom sauce, touch of truffle

Romagna Pizza
Mortadella, ricotta, lemon, pistachio
