Stone Brewing and PUB 365 Beer Pairing Dinner

LAS VEGAS, NV— The largest brewery in southern California, Stone Brewing, will be featured at the PUB 365 beer pairing dinner on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 7 p.m.

PUB 365 is hosting a beer pairing dinner featuring craft brews from Stone Brewing that will begin at 7 p.m. Seating is limited to 60 people and the cost is $65 per person, reservations are required. The beer pairing dinner will include a carefully prepared menu consisting of a four-course meal, all accompanied with a hand-picked beverage from Stone Brewing.

Guests will be welcomed to the event with a Hazy IPA while they mix and mingle. The craft beer lovers will be escorted to the dining room where they can expect a mouth-watering menu starting with a Tartare Trio, a delicate sampling of Tuna, Beef, and Beet and Citrus tartare and complemented with a Delicious Double IPA. The next course will feature Roasted Duck Salad, a seasonal mix of frisée and mesclun topped with blood orange, pistachio, and pomegranate and roasted duck and l’orange vinaigrette served with a Delicious IPA. The third course is a Pistachio Crusted Venison, venison tenderloin crusted with pistachio, topped with Chasseur sauce and served with brown sugar carrot puree, parmigiano brussels, and Pommes Anna, paired with an Arrogant Bastard IPA. And to complete the dining experience, a Homemade Blood Orange Ricotta Cheesecake, finished with an Tangerine Express Hazy IPA.
